This business is a Fingerlakes vineyard, wine production, and tasting room that has crafted internationally
celebrated wines that rival any produced in the world, and has the awards to prove it. The terroir combines
mineral-rich, well-drained soil, steeply sloped vineyards, moderate temperatures and adequate water. The
winery currently produces approximately 2500 cases of wine on over 40 acres, with the capacity to increase
production to 6000+ cases by filling in existing vines, fully utilizing vineyard acreage, and, with modest
investment, maximizing the wine production facility. Production can also be increased with purchasing grapes
from other suppliers.
The company currently maintains an inventory of approximately $1.2m, book value. These wines are a
combination of current and recently produced wine and some investment-grade vintages.
The vineyard was an early adopter of sustainable methods of production throughout the property. Continued
attention to traditional methods of farming is reflected in the high quality of the product.
