I am the owner of a processor license ($30k value) in Springdale, WA. I am looking to sell the business tofocus on other ventures.
The processor license is in a compliant 10′ x 16′ shed ($5k value). If you want, you can move the whole shed to your property and hook it up to power for a turnkey processing solution. Otherwise, you can just buy the license and leave the shed.
Similarly, I have a Harvest Right Freeze Drier ($4k value) you can take or leave.
Processing is an excellent way to enter a scalable business. I have had this license for over 12 years and it was the first business I started. Over time, I just found out I like making software even more than I like processing 🙂
The business has no revenue or expenses, it’s just a dormant license I’ve been keeping alive to sell one day, and that day is today.
