What the license permits

Cultivation capacity 
NY Microbusiness rules permit up to 3,500 sq ft of active flowering canopy for indoor cultivation. Vegetative rooms, mother rooms, cloning, drying, processing, hallways, and mechanical space do not count against that limit. For reference, a 4′ x 8′ flowering table is 32 sq ft of canopy. The license is convertible to mixed light or outdoor if that’s your plan.

An Active license, not provisional
The license is active with an approved location, but no lease, property, or contracts come with it. Upon execution of a sales agreement, the buyer can secure a qualifying commercial property anywhere in New York State and quickly complete the location change through standard OCM procedures.
