We are known for developing the “55lb Ultra™” products you see ALL OVER the industry. We started out doing 4″x4″ packaging squares for shatter packaging but now rosin is 90% of the market)
– All extraction lab clientele included 2-3k customer list
– Over $2.5M in sales since 2015 (mainly generated from 2017-2023) – ($400-500k COGs & $400-500k in shipping expenses) roughly $1.5M in “net” profits but was always operating self funded, bootstrapped – no outside investor, partners or equity share holders.
– Will come with direct mill supplier in Europe w/ USA distribution and 1 other supplier (approx 2-3 types of non-culinary materials used specifically in cannabis extraction labs for vac ovens, freeze dryers, pan liners for edibles & rosin press parchment)
Would be a good acquisition for somebody involved in either cannabis and/or ecommerce but connections to extraction labs or knowledge of ecommerce marketing etc would be ideal.
The product and ordering process are basically stream lined at this point and can be ran from anywhere to a certain extent.
