The strategy moving forward is to attain and retain contracts to ensure consistent revenue and cash flow. Furthermore, the Company has kept a large array of services offered to keep the mantra of being a “one stop shop” that customers have come to know and love about the Company.
The Company also keeps busy during the winter time by having contracts with municipalities to plow snow. This ensures consistent cash flow and gives the employees consistent work during the slowest period in the construction industry.
