The Transaction: The seller is open to all reasonable offers and terms. 

The business is being offered for $479,900, just about 2/3 of typical annual sales and about 2.5x typical annual SDE. This would include all assets used in the business, except accounts receivable, cash-on-hand, and leasehold security deposits. This is for the entire business, including, as applicable, the business name, trade names, trademarks, proprietary methods and procedures, any other intellectual property, customer lists, vendor/supplier information, sales backlog, goodwill, tangible assets (tools, apparatus, furniture, fixtures, and equipment). A definitive list of assets will be included in any purchase agreement and will supersede this list.
