This is for the entire business, including, as applicable, the business name, trade names, trademarks, proprietary methods and procedures, any other intellectual property, customer lists, vendor/supplier information, sales backlog, goodwill, tangible assets (tools, apparatus, furniture, fixtures, and equipment).
