The Buyer / Store Operations Lead will play a key role in overseeing purchasing, inventory management, vendor relationships, product merchandising, and daily store operations. This position requires someone knowledgeable about vitamins, supplements, natural health products, and holistic wellness practices, and confident in helping customers make informed wellness decisions.
Qualifications
Previous experience working in nutrition, supplements, health foods, wellness, or holistic retail strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and natural wellness products
Passion for holistic health and helping others improve their well-being
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with purchasing, inventory management, or vendor relations is a plus
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Leadership or retail management experience preferred
