Consumption Lounge – Authorizes on-site adult consumption at a licensed venue, including the sale of single-use products for on-premises use, subject to CCB approval of final licensing and build-out. Nevada is one of few states permitting legal lounges.

Distribution – Authorizes transport and transfer of cannabis between licensed Nevada establishments, from cultivation and production to retail, under CCB manifest and seed-to-sale requirements.
