Upon scanning a QR code, applicants can swiftly request a virtual interview. After receiving a link via SMS, employee candidates can undertake a guided interview by using a mobile device. This is a convenience that ensures a wide pool of candidates.
In just a few steps, a job offering account can be created. Our client’s app allows employer users to upload their branding and let the built in AI automatically draft job descriptions and generate relevant interview questions. Employers retain full control to edit and personalize the company’s postings as needed. Through our client’s app, potential employees can learn more about job opportunities in their locale and immediately request a virtual interview, saving time and resources for everyone involved.
