The seller will also share with the buyer the contact information for consultants who can assist with the CHOL and the CHOW process. SELLER PREFERS: (1) Buyer to have healthcare experience in home health (2) Buyer to have the funds available to proceed with a transaction (proof of funds), and (3) Buyer to have at a minimum a 3-month operational budget in reserve. *
