In Marina, a 5,000 sq. ft. commercial facility is leased through July 2030 at $10,102/month, with potential for additional leased space under separate terms. The Rio Dell asset is closing its doors this week and removing all inventory and South San Francisco opportunity will be a license sale only. Oakland and Marina are not 100% owned by the receivership and will be working with the owners to determine a path forward for those sales whether they want to buy the receiver out or if they are interested in putting in their ownership to sell their shares.

Auction Participation Terms:

Interested parties must submit a $25,000 deposit to participate in the auction for each individual store. To be eligible, participants must complete the following:

Wire the $25,000 participation deposit

Sign and return the Auction Rules & Participation Agreement

Provide verifiable Proof of Funds

Demonstrate credibility to qualify for a Management Services Agreement (MSA), should you wish to manage the store during the state license transfer

Bidders will be required to post on-site at the business location during the auction process.
Winning Bidders:
If you win the auction, you will have 24 hours to submit the remaining purchase funds. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your $25,000 deposit.

MSA Requirement:
In the event of a management agreement during license transfer, the MSA will include a $25,000–$50,000 deposit to cover any potential tax liabilities or damages.
