A full complement of equipment, none of which is leased, is included in the purchase price. The bulk oil and transmission fluid equipment are loaned by the vendor, at no additional cost, as long as the products are purchased from them.
There is one full-time technician on the staff in addition to the owner. The technician performs all diagnostics, hands-on services, and repairs. The owner oversees the operation including customer service, which includes scheduling appointments, estimating, selling, ordering parts and supplies, invoicing, and payables.
